An exciting job opportunity for an Administrative Assistant has arisen with one of our clients based in Eastbourne
This is a new role within their Administrative Department so it is just as much about finding someone who can offer the right balance/fit to the existing team as well as having the essential skills to do the job
The role will be primarily based at their Eastbourne office but it will be useful to have someone who can drive or has the use of a car as some travel may be required to one of their other local offices
This is a permanent and full time position. The salary will be between £17,000 to £18,000 dependent on experience
The successful candidate will assist with the day to day administration of the client’s busy offices
This is a varied role that will require someone with excellent organisation and communication skills, the ability to multi-task and great attention to detail. The successful candidate will be confident and personable and able to work independently and as part of a team
The role will include assisting the senior administration team and other general duties such as collecting and despatching post, photocopying, file archiving and retrieval, ordering stationery, running errands, covering their busy reception during breaks and holidays and a host of other tasks which help make the office run smoothly
