| Job Description: |
To work as part of a refuse collection/recycling crew responsible for collecting bins or recycling boxes on one or more specific collection rounds. To undertake Refuse/Recycling collection tasks in accordance with the Cleansing Services contract and the ancillary agreement. |
| Preferred Skills: |
Essential (1) Physically fit to lift up to 25kgs in weight and to undertake pulling and pushing in all weather, with no previous history of back problems. (2) Physically able to identify suitable lifting and handling tasks. (3) Flexible nature and willingness to undertake other duties when required. (4) Must be prepared to work weekends and bank holidays as required. Desirable (5) Hold a current clean driving licence. (6) Refuse/Recycling collection experience.
